Anna MulunguDirectorWith over 20 years of experience in academic and parliamentary libraries, Anna is a dedicated Senior Librarian with deep expertise in information management, research support, and archival systems. She spent two decades at the University of Dar es Salaam, where she played a crucial role in organizing and managing vast academic resources. Since 2022, she has been serving as a Senior Librarian at the Parliament of Tanzania, ensuring efficient access to legislative information and supporting policymakers with research materials.Holding a Master�s Degree in Information Management, Anna is passionate about knowledge organization and accessibility.She thrives in dynamic environments where information plays a key role in decision- making and learning. Beyond her professional life, she is a proud mother of three, who enjoys good food and meaningful conversations, valuing connections and shared experiences.

Edgar ShabaniDirectorEdgar Shabani is a results-driven Human Resources and Administrative Officer with extensive experience in personnel management, employee relations, and organizational development. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Dar es Salaam, he has spent over a decade shaping HR policies, optimizing workplace environments, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Currently, Edgar has served in leadership roles such as Acting HR & Administrative Manager at the Cashew Nut Board of Tanzania and HR Manager at the Livestock Training Agency, where he spearheaded talent acquisition, employee training, contract management, and workplace policies.His expertise extends to payroll systems, performance management, and corporate compliance.Beyond HR functions, Edgar is skilled in coordinating cross - functional teams, organizing corporate training, and implementing effective administrative policies.He is highly adaptable, an excellent communicator, and thrives in dynamic work environments.Outside of work, Edgar enjoys traveling, writing stories, and engaging in volunteer work.

Mayange Frank KiureDirectorA seasoned procurement and supply chain management professional with over a decade of experience in administration, procurement, banking, and contract management. Holding a Master's Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Mzumbe University, he has built a strong career spanning various industries, including banking, chemicals, and public service.Currently serving as an Administration Manager at K4 Chemicals, Mayange oversees procurement processes, store management, and contract administration. His previous roles include Section Head of Procurement at Stanbic Bank and Procurement Officer at KCB Bank (T) Ltd, where he managed accounts payable, tendering processes, and contract negotiations.With a strong foundation in research and leadership, he has obtained certifications from the Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) and the Tanzania Institute of Bankers. His technical expertise extends to banking systems like Oracle, T24, and SAP, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Agriculture is constantly evolving, and we want to meet the challenges of a changing world by promoting continual education and training to build on our talents and develop new skills on the best use of available resources among the suppliers of company's value chain.
